Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you access or use FetchOne.
Last updated August 20, 2026These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to websites, applications, early-access programs, and related services provided by FetchOne, LLC (collectively, "FetchOne"). By accessing or using FetchOne, you agree to these Terms.
Early-access status
FetchOne is under active development. Features, integrations, availability, pricing, limits, and eligibility may change. Applying for early access does not guarantee acceptance, access, a launch date, or continued availability. We may approve, defer, or decline applications at our discretion.
Accounts and authorized use
You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that users you authorize comply with these Terms. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You may not use FetchOne to violate law or third-party rights; send spam or deceptive communications; distribute malicious code; probe or disrupt systems; bypass access controls; scrape or harvest data without authorization; impersonate others; or upload content you do not have the right to use. You may not reverse engineer or resell the service except where expressly permitted in writing.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of content and data you submit. You grant FetchOne a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions, including for personal information and connected third-party accounts.
Third-party services
FetchOne may connect with third-party products such as customer relationship management, advertising, analytics, social media, email, and business platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for a third party’s systems, availability, decisions, or changes.
Feedback
If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of your existing content, confidential information, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
Intellectual property
FetchOne and its software, design, documentation, branding, and original content are owned by FetchOne or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service under these Terms.
Availability, changes, and termination
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of FetchOne, particularly during early access. We may suspend or terminate access for security concerns, misuse, legal requirements, nonpayment, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FetchOne is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Insights, scores, recommendations, and AI-assisted outputs are informational tools and should be reviewed before business decisions or publication.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FetchOne will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the service. Any direct liability will be limited to amounts you paid FetchOne for the applicable service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as FetchOne develops. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to support@getfetchone.com.
