How FetchOne collects, uses, and protects information.
Last updated August 20, 2026FetchOne, LLC ("FetchOne," "we," "us," or "our") is developing a digital growth operations platform. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, apply for early access, communicate with us, or use services we make available.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, business email, organization, website, business type, priorities, challenges, purchasing role, expected timing, budget range, feedback interest, and communication preferences.
We also collect limited technical information associated with a submission or visit, such as the source page, referring page, IP address, browser or device information, and timestamps. If you later create an account, we may collect account, workspace, content, and activity information needed to provide the service.
How we use information
We use information to review early-access applications, assess product fit, communicate about applications and accounts, provide and secure the service, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, improve FetchOne, troubleshoot problems, and comply with legal obligations.
Where you separately request product updates, we may also use your contact information for those communications. Transactional messages related to an application or account do not depend on marketing consent.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate FetchOne, including hosting, security, analytics, customer relationship management, and transactional email providers. Our current early-access workflow uses Zoho CRM to manage applications and Postmark to deliver email.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or when you direct or authorize us to do so.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including maintaining application history, preventing duplicate submissions, meeting legal obligations, and resolving disputes. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or withdraw consent for optional product updates. Certain information may be retained where required for security, legal, or legitimate operational purposes. Rights vary by location, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Cookies and external links
FetchOne may use essential cookies for security, sessions, and site operation. If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this policy and provide controls where required. Our pages may link to third-party websites whose privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Children
FetchOne is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as FetchOne develops. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated when required.
Questions or privacy requests may be sent to support@getfetchone.com.
